Dinosaurs Return to Life during Jurassic Quest at the Kentucky Expo Center
Long-extinct dinosaurs will roam once again when the pre-historic era comes to life at Jurassic Quest. Held Feb. 2-4 at the Kentucky Exposition Center, this family-friendly event features life-sized dinosaurs, educational exhibits and more.
The main dinosaur exhibit features more than 50 realistic life-sized dinosaurs including animatronic dinosaurs. The popular and interactive baby dinosaurs wander the show with their handlers. Adolescent T-Rex and Spinosaurus dinosaurs will also roam the floor, interacting with children and posing for pictures with attendees.
Children can learn about dinosaurs at the dino science stations and participate in a Triceratops fossil dig where young paleontologists can uncover hidden dinosaur bones. In addition, the event includes inflatables, face painting, crafts and more.
Tickets are $20 for children (ages 2-12), $20 for adults and $18 for seniors (ages 65 and up). Children VIP tickets are available for $34 and include unlimited dinosaur rides, fossil digs, dino scooters, bungee jumps and inflatables.
